All services are subject to written estimates, site evaluations, weather conditions, access, and equipment availability.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed.

Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions

• Hidden debris or hazards

• Changes requested by the client

• Permit or regulatory requirements

• Accessibility limitations

       

       Work will not begin without client approval.

4. Property Access and Conditions

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear and legal access to the property

• Disclose underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, wells, or other hazards

• Obtain any required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing

Black Mule Ranch is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground systems or improperly marked utilities.

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for forestry and land management operations.

​

However:

• Natural terrain disturbance is inherent in forestry operations

• Soil displacement, rutting, and ground disturbance may occur

• We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage

Clients assume responsibility for risks inherent to land clearing and forestry activities once informed and approved.

6. Payment Terms

​

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required

• Payment is due upon completion of work

• Late payments may incur additional fees

       Failure to pay may result in collection action.

7. Cancellations and Scheduling

​

Due to equipment scheduling and seasonal demand:

• Cancellations may require advance notice

• Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after scheduling

• Weather, fire restrictions, or safety conditions may delay work

        We reserve the right to reschedule as necessary for safety or

        operational reasons.
